Licensing — See Ch. 268.
No person shall conduct a circus, carnival, traveling show or exhibition of any sort without first obtaining a license from the Borough Clerk. The fee for license shall be as set forth in the Borough Fee Schedule, adopted by resolution of the Borough Council, on file in the office of the Borough Clerk.

In addition to the information required by § 268-2, the applicant shall furnish an exact description of the entertainments, acts, games, amusements, attractions or exhibitions which will be offered, together with the price to be charged for general admission and each separate admission to any amusement or activity.

This chapter shall not apply to instrumentalities of the borough or the Borough Fire Department or any instrumentality for which the Council has waived the fee by resolution.

For a violation of any provision of this chapter, the maximum penalty, upon conviction thereof, shall be a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars ($1,000.), or imprisonment for up to ninety (90) days, or a period of community service not exceeding ninety (90) days, or any combination thereof.
