As used in this article, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
ENTITY
Any department, board, commission, committee or other subdivision of the Borough of Riverdale or any organization which receives any funding from the Borough of Riverdale.
FUNDS
Any moneys received by any entity other than by governmental appropriation.
No entity shall raise, receive or expend funds except in accordance with the terms and provisions of this article.
Within 30 days of the receipt of any funds, the entity shall submit a written report to the Mayor and Council setting forth in detail the amount, source and date received of all such funds, the name and address of the custodian of the funds and the plan for the investment and/or expenditure of the same.
Within 30 days of the expenditure of any such funds, the entity shall submit a written report to the Mayor and Council setting forth in detail the date, amount and purpose of the expenditure and the name and address of the recipient of the expenditure.
