GENERAL REFERENCES
Recreation program fees — See Ch. 95, Art. II.
Parks and recreation areas — See Ch. 123.
There is hereby established a Park Maintenance Board.
The Board shall consist of three members, one of whom shall be a member of the Council serving on the Council Buildings and Grounds Committee. Appointments shall be made by the Mayor for a term of one year.
The Board shall have the following duties and powers:
A. 
It shall recommend to the Mayor and Council the amount of fees to be charged users of municipally owned or operated recreational facilities.[1]

It shall collect the aforesaid fees and expend the same for maintenance and improvements of municipally owned and operated recreational facilities.
