This chapter shall be enforced by the Borough
of Riverdale Police Department or the Borough of Riverdale Fire Prevention
Bureau or the Fire Chief of the Borough of Riverdale.
Unless provided otherwise in this chapter, any
person who shall violate any provisions of this chapter shall, upon
conviction thereof, be subject to a fine not to exceed $1,000 or may
be imprisoned in the county jail for a period not to exceed 90 days,
or both, within the discretion of the Judge before whom such conviction
may be had.
