No license or permit shall be issued, reissued or renewed by the Mayor
and Council or any agency, department, official, agent or employee of the
Borough of Riverdale unless the applicant, if he/she is the owner of the property
where the business or activity is conducted, shall have paid all delinquent
taxes or assessments due and owing through the quarter in which the application
is filed.
Any license or permit issued by any of the entities mentioned in § 113-1 may be revoked or suspended by the Mayor and Council when any licensee or permittee who is the owner of the property upon which the licensed or permitted business or activity is conducted has failed to pay the taxes due on the property for at least three consecutive quarters. The license or permit shall be restored upon payment of delinquent taxes or assessments.

The Borough Clerk is hereby delegated the authority to approve the granting
of raffle and bingo licenses within the Borough of Riverdale.
