A police station, which shall constitute the headquarters of
the Police Department, shall be established at such location and shall
be provided with such equipment and facilities as shall be determined
by the Borough Council.
The police headquarters shall be open for the transaction of
police business at such hours of the day and night, including Sundays
and holidays, as the needs of the Borough, as determined by the Director
of Public Safety, may require.
