Disorderly houses, as defined in this article, are declared to be offensive to the public peace and inimical to the health, safety and good order of the Borough.
As used in this article, the following term shall have the meaning indicated:
DISORDERLY HOUSE
Any place which is open to and frequented by persons who so conduct themselves as to violate the law and the peace and good order of the Borough.
No person shall keep or maintain or permit the use of any place as a disorderly house within the territorial limits of the Borough.
No person shall resort to, frequent or live in a disorderly house, and shall not aid, abet or assist in the keeping or maintenance of a disorderly house within the territorial limits of the Borough.

Any person who shall violate the provisions of this article shall be punished by imprisonment in the county jail for not more than 90 days or by a fine of not more than $500 or both, in the Borough Municipal Court.
