The owner or owners of every lot of land fronting on any street,
highway or public place within the limits of the Borough of Riverton
shall, within 24 hours of daylight after the sidewalk in front of
said lot of land shall have been covered with snow or ice, remove
or cause to be removed such snow or ice.
The owner or owners of every lot or land fronting on any street,
highway or public place within the limits of the Borough of Riverton
who shall fail, within 24 hours of daylight after the sidewalk in
front of said land shall have been covered with snow or ice, to remove
or cause to be removed such snow or ice shall, upon conviction thereof,
forfeit and pay a fine of $100.
