A.
No vehicle shall make a left turn at any of the following
locations during certain hours with certain exceptions:
(1)
Vehicles moving in a southerly direction along Erie
Avenue shall not turn left at the intersection of Park Avenue and
Erie Avenue.
(2)
Vehicles moving in a westerly direction and entering
the Borough of Rutherford at the intersection of Erie Avenue and Park
Avenue shall not turn left at said intersection.
(5)
Vehicles moving in a northeasterly direction along
Jackson Avenue shall not turn left at the intersection thereof with
Hastings Avenue between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. during weekdays.
(6)
Vehicles moving in an easterly direction on Park Avenue
between Park Place and Donaldson Avenue shall not turn left to enter
any parking lot or driveway.
(7)
Vehicles shall not turn left upon entering Park Avenue
from parking lots or driveways on the northerly side thereof between
Park Avenue and Donaldson Avenue.
(8)
Vehicles moving in a northerly direction along Erie
Avenue shall not turn left at the intersection thereof with Feronia
Way between the hours of 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.; provided, however,
that this section shall not apply to such turn on Saturdays, Sundays
and holidays.
(9)
Vehicles moving in a southeasterly direction along
Union Avenue shall not turn left at the intersection thereof with
Raymond Avenue between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m., except
Sundays and holidays.
(10)
Vehicles moving in a northeasterly direction
along Erie Avenue shall not turn left at the intersection thereof
with Raymond Avenue between the hours of 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.,
except Sundays and holidays.
(11)
Vehicles moving in a southeasterly direction
on Union Avenue between Beech Street and Carmita Avenue shall not
turn left to enter any parking lot or driveway.
(12)
Vehicles shall not turn left upon entering Union
Avenue from parking lots or driveways on the northeasterly side thereof
between Beech Street and Carmita Avenue.
(13)
Vehicles moving in a northwesterly direction
on Erie Avenue between Station Square and Union Avenue shall not turn
left to enter any parking lot or driveway.
(14)
Vehicles moving in a northwesterly direction
on Union Avenue between Erie Avenue and Agnew Place shall not turn
left to enter any parking lot or driveway.
(15)
Vehicles shall not turn left upon entering Union
Avenue from parking lots or driveways on the southwesterly side thereof
between Erie Avenue and Agnew Place.
(16)
Vehicles shall not make a left turn into the
bank driveway on Wells Place and shall not make a left turn out of
the bank driveway on Union Avenue.
(17)
Vehicles moving in a westerly direction along
Park Avenue shall not turn left at the intersection of Park Avenue
and Glen Road.

Vehicles moving in a northwesterly direction
along Glen Road shall not turn left at the intersection of Glen Road
and Park Avenue.

Vehicles moving in a southerly direction along
Erie Avenue shall not turn left at the entrance driveway to the Rutherford
Park N' Ride lot, situated immediately north of Union Avenue.

Vehicles moving in a northerly direction along
the travel aisle of the Rutherford Park N' Ride lot shall not turn
left at the exit driveway from said lot onto Erie Avenue.

Vehicles moving in a northeasterly direction
along Orient Way shall not turn left at the intersection of Woodland
Avenue and Orient Way between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.
and 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m., except Saturdays, Sundays and state holidays.

Vehicles moving in a northeasterly direction
along Orient Way shall not turn left at the intersection of Van Riper
Avenue and Orient Way between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.
and 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m., except Saturdays, Sundays and state holidays.

Vehicles moving in a northwesterly direction
along Ames Avenue shall not turn left into the National Community
Bank driveway.

Vehicles moving in a northerly direction along Meadow Road shall
not turn left at the driveway to the parking lots of 96/104 Meadow
Road.

The driver of a motor vehicle shall not turn such
vehicle around from any approach as to proceed in the opposite direction
at the intersection of Erie Avenue and Union Avenue.
