Editor's Note: Former Art. VIII, Zoning Board of Adjustment, was repealed 3-4-2008 by Ord. No. 2008-004 with the creation of a Joint Land Use Board in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40:55D-25c. All powers of the Zoning Board of Adjustment are now vested in the Joint Land Use Board. See Art. II of this chapter.
