In accordance with the provisions of N.J.S.A.
13:1E-99.35 and 13:1E-99.36 and the regulations adopted pursuant thereto
in N.J.A.C. 7:26A-6, no person using the Shamong Township recycling
facilities for used motor oil shall leave at the site or deposit in
the collection tank any used oil which has been mixed with solvents,
gasoline or any other materials; nor shall any person leave or deposit
in the collection tank antifreeze, gasoline, paint thinner or any
materials other than used motor oil.
Any person who is found to have violated provisions of § 143-3 above shall, upon conviction, be subject to a penalty not to exceed $2,500 or imprisonment for a term not to exceed 90 days, or both.
