City of Somers Point, NJ Chapter 51 Residency Requirements

§ 51-1 Appointment to city boards or authorities.

All members appointed to any board or authority within the City of Somers Point shall be a resident of and domiciled in the City of Somers Point at the time of said appointment.

§ 51-2 Change of residency.

All members of any board or authority within the City of Somers Point, upon leaving the City of Somers Point to take up residency elsewhere, shall automatically terminate membership, and a vacancy shall exist after change of residence for a period of 60 days.

§ 51-3 Applicability.

All other ordinances of the City of Somers Point not inconsistent with the terms and provisions of this chapter shall be applicable to the terms and provisions of this chapter.
