Upon the conveyance, or the entering into an agreement for the conveyance of any single-family dwelling, condominium unit or multifamily complex of four or fewer units, the Construction Official of the City of Somers Point shall conduct an inspection in accordance with the International Property Maintenance Code adopted for use by the City.[1]

Upon the request of a lending institution in connection with the refinancing of a single-family dwelling, condominium unit or multifamily complex of four or fewer units, the Construction Official of the City of Somers Point shall conduct an inspection in accordance with the International Property Maintenance Code, adopted for use by the City.
Upon satisfactory inspection, said property shall be issued a certificate of land/structure compliance.
The City shall, by resolution, enact and, from time to time, may amend the fee for said inspection.
