The Township of Stafford is authorized to enter
into a cooperative purchasing agreement, as the lead agency and coordinator
of the same, with any one or all of the following municipalities,
provided that they have adopted an ordinance authorizing a cooperative
purchasing agreement with Stafford Township as the lead agency: the
Townships of Dover, Lakewood, Long Beach, Eagleswood, Barnegat, Lacey,
Jackson and Brick and the Boroughs of Lakehurst, Lavallette, Ship
Bottom, Barnegat Light, Surf City, Point Pleasant Beach, Beach Haven
and Point Pleasant, as well as any other interested municipalities,
authorities and school boards in the County of Ocean and adjoining
counties.
