All procurement for the Township of Stafford
shall comply with the New Jersey Local Public Contracts Law and Regulations
(N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et seq.), New Jersey Local Unit Pay-To-Play Law
(N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq.), New Jersey State Prevailing Wage Act
and Regulations (N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.25 et seq.) and any and all supplemental
statutes, rules and regulations.
