The Mayor and Township Council of the Township
of Stafford do hereby authorize the provision of the following services
to unimproved and unaccepted roads and streets within the Township
of Stafford where the travel is sufficient to warrant such expenditures
and services:
The provision of these services by the Township as set forth in § 187-10 of this article shall not constitute an acceptance of any road or street dedicated to the municipality. These services are provided as a courtesy to those residents of the Township who reside on such unimproved or unaccepted streets or roads.
