The provisions of this article, restricting
parking upon Southern Regional High School property, shall not relieve
any person of the duty to observe other and more restrictive provisions
prohibiting or limiting the stopping, standing or parking of vehicles
as set forth in N.J.S.A. 39:4-138, other New Jersey Statutes and regulations,
or as hereinafter provided.

Permit parking areas, reserved for parking by students
of the Southern Regional High School District, are as designated on
Attachment A,[1] Southern Regional High School Parking Regulation Plan,
prepared by Schoor DePalma, dated June 29, 2006.

Any motor vehicle parked in the designated permit
parking areas must display a valid student parking permit as issued
by the Southern Regional High School District. It is strictly prohibited
for students to park a motor vehicle in any area of Southern Regional
High School property other than those designated as permit parking
areas.
Any person violating or failing to comply with
any of the provisions of this article, shall, upon conviction thereof,
be punishable by a fine not to exceed $100. The continuation of such
violation for each successive day shall constitute a separate offense,
and the person or persons allowing or permitting the continuation
of such a violation may be punishable as provided above for each separate
offense.
