The list of fees, charges and expenses heretofore chargeable by the
Township of Stafford and specifically by the Registrar of the Township of
Stafford for the search of files and providing of records of births, deaths
or marriages is in the same and hereby amended to provide that the Registrar
shall be entitled to and may henceforth collect a fee in the amount of $10
for each such certificate of birth, death or marriage requested.
The Registrar may likewise charge said amount when the correct year
for any such search is supplied by the applicant, which search amount shall
be included in the charge for the certificate itself, except that when an
incorrect year is given, the Municipal Registrar shall then be entitled to
a minimum fee of $4 for the search of that year plus a fee of $1 for each
additional year's search, with said fee to be paid by the applicant.[1]
