of the Township of Washington 2-9-1972. Amendments noted where applicable.
The New Jersey Department of Transportation approved the ordinance
adopted 11-8-1978, which adopted the Code (and thereby adopted this
ordinance as Ch. 117 of the Code) on 3-6-1979. See Ch. 1, General
Provisions, Art. I. In addition to adoption of this ordinance and
amendments thereto, the Township Committee has adopted certain traffic
regulations by resolution, including the following: No-passing zones
along Pleasant Valley Road, adopted 1-10-1979.]
