The provisions of this article imposing a time
limit on parking shall not relieve any person of the duty to observe
other and more restrictive provisions prohibiting or limiting the
stopping, standing or parking of vehicles as set forth in N.J.S.A.
39:4-138, any other New Jersey statute or as hereinafter provided.
No person shall park a vehicle at any time upon any of the streets or parts thereof described in Schedule I (§ 117-23) attached to and made a part of this chapter.

No person shall park a vehicle between the hours specified in Schedule II (§ 117-24) of any day upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said Schedule II attached to and made a part of this chapter.

No person shall stop or stand a vehicle between the hours specified in Schedule III (§ 117-25) of any day upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said Schedule III attached to and made part of this chapter.
No person shall park a vehicle for longer than the time limit shown in Schedule IV (§ 117-26) at any time between the hours listed in said Schedule IV of any day (except Sundays and public holidays) upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule IV attached to and made a part of this chapter.

A.
No person shall park his vehicle on any public or
private property in any space thereon appropriately marked for vehicles
for the physically handicapped pursuant to N.J.S.A. 39:4-197.5, N.J.S.A.
52:27D-119 et seq. or any other applicable law unless the vehicle
is authorized by law to be so parked and a handicapped person is either
the driver or a passenger therein.
B.
No penalty shall be imposed for the parking overtime
of any vehicle displaying either a placard or a wheelchair symbol
license plate issued pursuant to the provisions of law unless such
vehicle shall have been parked in one location for a period in excess
of 24 hours, and further provided that the person to whom the placard
or license plate, as the case may be, is issued is either the driver
or passenger of the vehicle.
C.
Any person who shall violate any provision of this
section shall, for a first offense, be subject to a fine of $100 and,
for a second or subsequent offense, be subject to a fine of not less
than $100 nor more than $1,000 or to community service for a period
of 90 days, or both.

No person shall park a vehicle at any time upon the
northerly half of the elliptical drive, or upon the southerly curbline
of the southerly half of the elliptical drive, in front of the Warren
Hills Regional Senior High School.
B.
No person shall park a vehicle at any time upon the
island radii in front of the Warren Hills Regional Senior High School.
