The provisions of this chapter imposing a time
limit on parking shall not relieve any persons of the duty to observe
other more restrictive provisions prohibiting or limiting the stopping,
standing or parking of vehicles as set forth in N.J.S.A. 39:4-138,
any other New Jersey statute or as hereinafter provided.
No person shall park a vehicle at any time upon any of the streets or parts thereof described in §
203-37, attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall park a vehicle on any street
or road in the Township between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 6:00
a.m., from November 1 through April 15. This shall include all roadways
in major subdivisions which have been dedicated but have not been
accepted by the Township, but have dwellings on the same.

A. Removal.
(1) Whenever snow has fallen and the accumulation is such
that it covers the streets or highways, an emergency shall exist and
no vehicle shall be parked on any portion of a public road, street
or highway.
(2) The above parking prohibitions shall remain in effect
after the snow has ceased until the streets and roads have been plowed
sufficiently and to the extent that parking will not Interfere with
the normal flow of traffic.
B. Any unoccupied vehicle parked or standing in violation
shall be deemed a nuisance and a menace to the safe and proper regulation
of traffic, and any police officer may provide for the removal of
such vehicle. The owner shall pay the reasonable costs of the removal
and storage which may result from such removal before regaining possession
of the vehicle.
No person shall park a vehicle between the hours specified in §
203-38 of any day upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said §
203-38, attached to and made a part of this chapter.

No person shall stop or stand a vehicle as specified in § 203-39 on any day upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said §
203-39, attached to and made a part of this chapter, except that buses are permitted to stop for the purpose of picking up or discharging passengers on those parts of the streets identified in §
203-40.1.
No person shall stop or stand a vehicle between the hours specified in §
203-40 of any day upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said §
203-40, attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall park a vehicle for longer than the time limit shown in §
203-41 at any time between the hours listed in said §
203-41 of any day upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in §
203-41, attached to and made a part of this chapter.

A. Restrictions. Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 39:4-197 et seq., any person not
displaying a special vehicle identification (placard or license plate)
issued by the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission is prohibited from
parking in any space on public or private property that has been designated
for use solely by persons with specially identified vehicles.
B. Penalties. Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 39:4-197(3)(c), any person who violates
this section shall be subject to a penalty of $250 for the first offense,
and for subsequent offenses, a fine of at least $250 and up to 90
days of community service.
