No person shall willfully or maliciously cut, tear, deface, disfigure, damage or destroy any book or other article or any part thereof which is owned by or is in the custody of the Woodbury Public Library.
No person shall register under or furnish a false name or address or use any card other than the one issued to such person for the purpose of borrowing any book or any article or material from the library.
Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to imprisonment in the county jail for a term not to exceed two days or by a fine not exceeding $25 for each and every violation. For the purpose of this section, each book or article borrowed from the Woodbury Public Library shall constitute a separate violation.
