Borough of Woodcliff Lake, NJ Article XIII Fire Department

§ 5-45 Department continued.

The Fire Department, heretofore established in Chapter 30 of the Code of the Borough of Woodcliff Lake, is hereby continued.

§ 5-46 Fire Commissioner.

A. The Mayor shall, at the annual organizational meeting of the Borough Council in January of each year, appoint one Councilman to be the Fire Commissioner, who shall serve without compensation.

B. The Fire Commissioner, when so appointed, shall be Chairman of the Fire Board established in Chapter 30, § 30-3, of the Code of the Borough of Woodcliff Lake.
