Borough of Woodcliff Lake, NJ Article XIX Chief Financial Officer

§ 5-58 Creation of position.

There is immediately created the position of Chief Financial Officer for the Borough of Woodcliff Lake.

§ 5-59 Appointment. [1]

A Chief Financial Officer shall be appointed for a term of four years by the Mayor with the advice and consent of the Council pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:9-140.10.

§ 5-60 Compensation.

Where the individual appointed as Chief Financial Officer is also appointed Borough Administrator, the salary paid for Borough Administrator shall also include compensation for the duties of Chief Financial Officer.

§ 5-61 Responsibilities.

The Chief Financial Officer shall assume all of the responsibilities as set forth in N.J.S.A. 40A:9-140.2.

§ 5-62 Qualifications. [1]

The Chief Financial Officer shall meet all of the qualifications required by N.J.S.A. 40A:9-140.1 et seq.
