B. On private property open to the public.

(1) In accordance with the provisions of § 177-19B(1), no person shall park a vehicle on lands of another:

(a) If signs have been erected prohibiting such parking.

(b) If parking yards or parking places are open to the public in conjunction with a business enterprise and signs have been erected stating qualifications or restrictions upon such parking.

(2) In accordance with the provisions of § 177-19B(2), it shall be unlawful for any person to park a vehicle at any time within the parking spaces designated and reserved for physically handicapped parking, unless the driver of said vehicle is physically handicapped and/or unless the vehicle displays a physically handicapped sticker or license provided by the State of New Jersey.

§ 177-52.1 Schedule U: Speed Limits on Township Property.

A. Speed limits are hereby established upon the following Township properties:

§ 177-52.2 Right Turn Prohibitions for Vehicles of Certain Weight or Greater.

Trucks with a vehicle weight of 10 tons or greater when traveling on Wyckoff Avenue in the southbound direction are prohibited from making a right turn to travel westbound on Franklin Avenue.
