Article I Terms of Office and Salaries of Mayor and Trustees

§ 46-1 Terms of office.

A. The term of office of the Mayor as heretofore established shall continue to be four official years.

B. The terms of office of the Trustees as heretofore established shall continue to be four official years.

§ 46-2 Salaries.

The annual salary of the Mayor and Trustees shall be established in the annual budget.

§ 46-3 Salary of Village Justice.

The annual salary of the Village Justice shall be established in the annual budget.

§ 46-4 Salary and wages of unelected employees.

The annual salary and/or wages of unelected employees shall be established in the annual budget and shall be based on the following criteria: punctuality and time management, job knowledge, self-motivation, team worker, accuracy and problem solving, customer service, licenses and certifications, and personal appearance.
