Thirty miles per hour is hereby established
as the maximum speed at which vehicles may proceed on or along highways
within the corporate limits of this Village, except when otherwise
provided in this article or by the New York State Department of Transportation.

from the intersection of said Larned Lane with Taylor Road on the
