The Select Board is hereby authorized, after
a duly called public hearing, to adopt rules and regulations for the
public safety and health of persons using Town-owned beaches and beach
parking areas, and such rules and regulations shall impose a fine
not exceeding $300 for a violation of any of the rules and regulations
promulgated by the Select Board under this authority and the Home
Rule Procedure Act.[1]
