The Airport Commission is hereby authorized to establish
a petty cash fund of not more than $100 to be held by the Airport
Manager under the general supervision of the Treasurer of the Town
of Nantucket, for the purpose of having cash available for minor cash
expenditures.
All expenditures from such fund are to be approved
by the Airport Commission in accordance with normal procedures required
by the General Laws of the Commonwealth, and are to be accounted for
once a month to the Town Accountant and the Town Treasurer.
Whenever the amount held in said petty cash fund requires
replenishment by reason of the use of such fund, the Airport Commission
shall take appropriate steps to bring the balance held in cash back
to $100; such replenishment to be charged to the airport expense account.
