A structure under a single ownership but so
divided as to provide for more than a single occupancy on the street
floor may be permitted a single connection by special permit under
such conditions as the Town may require.
A group of public, ecclesiastical, educational,
charitable, club, farm or industrial buildings under one ownership
and on a single parcel may be served by one connection under such
conditions as the Town shall determine. Shopping centers, apartment
developments, tourist camps, motels, trailer-coach parks and similar
groups under one ownership, located on a single tract of ground as
above, may be served by a single connection.
