Persons performing work on the sewer system, either inside or outside of the home, shall be subject to registration as follows:
A. 
Work inside of homes. For work inside of homes, only practicing plumbers shall be eligible for registration.
B. 
Work outside of homes. For work outside of homes, persons having the experience and equipment required for this work shall be eligible for registration.
Persons desiring registration to perform work on the sewer system in New Windsor Town must apply to the Town offices, present their qualifications, past experiences, record their place of business and any other required information. Upon acceptance, their names will be inscribed on a registry for the two categories described in § 205-48 of this Part 3. No registration fee will be charged by the Town, nor will the Town issue any licenses or certificates.
Evidence of failure to comply with these rules and regulations by any registrant will open that registrant to removal of his or her name from the registry list, which will automatically exclude him or her from doing any work in New Windsor Town on the sewer system.
