The R-10 Zone is intended to provide a variety of residential housing mixes around the Town center area where they are closest to the provision of business services and infrastructure while still maintaining an attractive and safe residential environment. Other types of development are not permitted so that a strong business economy may be encouraged in the Village Center. Housing types should be mixed together throughout new development rather than grouping types together in one location.
