A fee under this subsection shall not be required
in the event that the question as to the adequacy of an existing individual
subsurface sewage disposal system to serve a proposed use is presented
in connection with an application for site plan approval filed with
the Board of Health.

|
A fee paid pursuant to this subsection is separate
from and shall not be credited towards any other fee which may subsequently
be required under this section.
