No roadside stand shall be established or operated within the borough without the consent and permission of the Borough Council.
When any person is permitted by the Borough Council to establish and operate any roadside stand within the borough a permit shall be issued by the Borough Council signed by the Mayor or Clerk of the borough to such person, which permit shall be placed in public view in the roadside stand so permitted to be operated.
Any person obtaining such permit from the Borough Council shall operate the roadside stand in conformity to the directions of the Borough Council and to all the laws and statutes of the State of New Jersey concerning roadside stands.
Any violation of the permit and/or of the laws of the State of New Jersey shall be subject to a fine of not less than $25 or more than $100 or revocation of the permit heretofore granted by the Borough Council, or both.
