The Township of Lower shall hereafter impose a fee of $20 against individuals,
corporations, or firms who issue a check to the Township, which check is subsequently
dishonored by issuer's bank for insufficient funds or any other cause not
confirmed by the bank to be its error. In addition to this administrative
charge, the Township of Lower shall require the individual, corporation, or
firm to pay Township fees by cash, certified check or money order for a period
of one year from the date of said offense.
