[HISTORY: Adopted by the Township Council of the Township of Lower

The holding, operating and conducting of raffles on Sunday is hereby
authorized within the confines of the Township of Lower.

The Township Clerk is hereby authorized and delegated the authority
to issue raffle and bingo licenses for the Township of Lower upon the filing
of all appropriate documentation and fees in accordance with the Bingo &
Raffles Regulations, N.J.A.C. 13:47-1 et seq.

In accordance with N.J.A.C. 13:47-4.10, municipal license fee for bingo
and raffle licenses are hereby waived.
