GENERAL REFERENCES
Vehicles and traffic — See Ch. 225.
The Police Department of the Borough of Monaca is hereby authorized
to use the following devices to enforce the laws and regulations of the Commonwealth
of Pennsylvania and the ordinances of the Borough of Monaca:
A.
Excessive Speed Preventor (E.S.P.) equipment.
B.
Radar devices and VasCar.
C.
Any electronic or electrical-mechanical device which
is used and approved by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to enforce speed
limits and any and all electrical-mechanical and electronic devices approved
by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Transportation, for use
of the same.
