The Chairman of the Board of Supervisors and the Secretary of the Township of Montgomery are hereby authorized to execute and deliver the North Penn Area Solid Waste Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement presently on file in the office of the Township of Montgomery.
The Chairman of the Board of Supervisors and Secretary of the Township of Montgomery are hereby authorized to execute and deliver all other agreements as are required to fulfill the requirements of Section 5(a) of the North Penn Area Solid Waste Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement.[1]
