The proper officers of the Township of Montgomery are authorized and directed to execute and deliver an intergovernmental cooperation agreement dated April 1, 1998, attached hereto and made a part hereof.[1]

The conditions, duration and term, purpose and objective, scope and authority delegated, manner and extent of financing, organizational structure and manner in which personal property shall be acquired, managed and disposed of are set forth in the attached agreement.
