Each Supervisor of Montgomery Township shall be compensated for services in the amount of money set opposite each category of Township population, as set forth herebelow:

The rate of compensation shall be changed to comply with the table set forth in § 43-2 above immediately upon receipt of a certified copy of the Montgomery Township population furnished by the United States Bureau of Census.
