A. 
Conditions. The Township may take over and make public any street or other improvement if:
(1) 
The required improvements, utility mains and laterals and monuments shown on an approval plan or plans have been constructed to all requirements and approved by the Township Engineer.
B. 
Time of acceptance. Street or other improvements will be accepted annually by the Supervisors upon compliance with the foregoing regulations and presentation of a deed of dedication at the regular monthly meetings of the Supervisors in the months of August and September.
C. 
Duty of Township Engineer. Annually at the October meeting of the Supervisors, the Township Engineer shall present to the Board of Supervisors a map of the Township showing the name, location and length of all streets accepted by the Township during the then current year.
D. 
Responsibility. The Township shall have no responsibility with respect to any street or other improvement, notwithstanding the use of the same by the public, unless the street or other improvement is accepted by ordinance or resolution of the Supervisors.
