A.
The Board of Supervisors shall, by resolution, establish a fee schedule
to defray costs and expenses incurred by Mount Joy Township associated
with the administration and enforcement of this chapter.
B.
The applicant shall be responsible for the payment of all fees for
SWM site plans and other submissions made pursuant to this chapter.
The fee(s) may include, but are not limited to, the reimbursement
of costs and expenses incurred by the Township for the following:
A.
Administrative and clerical services;
B.
Professional and legal consulting and review services;
C.
Attendance at meetings by Mount Joy Township's professional
and legal consultants;
D.
Inspections conducted before, during and after construction; and
E.
Any additional work required to administer and enforce any provision
of this chapter, correct violations, and ensure proper completion
of stipulated remedial actions.
