[Adopted 1-28-2003 by Ord. No. 2003-333]
The wastewater color limitations rules, regulations,
requirements, and procedures of the Easton Area Joint Sewer Authority,
approved by the Authority by Resolution No. 2002-819-F, on August
19, 2002, be, and they are, hereby approved and adopted. The full
text of said wastewater color limitations policy, rules, regulations,
requirements, and procedures is attached hereto as Exhibit A.[1]

The compliance recognition program reduced monitoring
rules, regulations, requirements, and procedures of the Easton Area
Joint Sewer Authority, approved by the Authority by Resolution No.
2002-819-E, on August 19, 2002, be, and is, hereby approved and adopted.
The full text of said compliance recognition program reduced monitoring
policy is attached hereto as Exhibit B.[1]
