The City Council of the City of Pottsville hereby
appoints the locally elected Tax Collector as the City officer authorized
to provide tax certifications upon request by the public and hereby
authorizes said Tax Collector to assess, collect and retain, as compensation
for providing such additional services, a fee of $10.

The City Council of the City of Pottsville hereby
authorizes the Tax Collector to impose a fee of $5 in all instances
when the county-generated duplicate is not presented with payment.
