It shall be unlawful for any person within the limits of the Borough
or on the streets or in public places thereof to loaf, loiter or stand upon
any of the sidewalks, streets, alleys or bridges in the Borough or at or near
the entrance to any church, railroad station or any other place of public
resort or entertainment so as to interfere with or obstruct the free passage
of citizens or travelers along any of said thoroughfares or into or out of
said place; or upon the steps, portico, railing or fence of any private property
without the consent of the owner thereof.

It shall be unlawful for any person within the limits of the Borough
or on the streets or in public places thereof to willfully discharge any gun
or firearm, weapon, projectile or bow and arrow, except in necessary defense
of person or property, or to wantonly throw any snowball, stone, brick or
other missile.
It shall be unlawful for any person to play with a ball, by throwing,
catching, batting or kicking the same, or to play any other game upon any
of the streets, sidewalks or public alleys in the Borough.

A. Any person violating the provisions of §
175-1, upon conviction before the District Justice, shall be guilty of a summary offense and shall be subject to pay a fine not less than $25 nor to exceed the maximum fine of $300, plus costs of prosecution, or to undergo imprisonment for a term not exceeding 90 days, or both.
B. Any person violating the provisions of this chapter, except as set forth in Subsection
A above, upon conviction before the District Justice, shall be guilty of a summary offense and shall be subject to pay a fine not to exceed the maximum fine of $300, plus costs of prosecution, or to undergo imprisonment for a term not exceeding 90 days, or both.
