From and after the date of the adoption of this article, the
Council shall have the authority to appoint one person to hold both
offices of Secretary and Treasurer and to appoint such assistants
as the Borough Council shall deem necessary.
A person appointed both Secretary and Treasurer shall perform
all the duties of both offices.
The compensation to be paid to a person appointed both Secretary
and Treasurer shall be established by resolution of the Council.[1]
