The purposes of this district are to preserve the public open
space in the Borough and to provide for specific opportunities for
active and passive recreational use. The district is also designed
to permit the use of the property for municipal use by the Borough
of Ridley Park.
Land, buildings, or premises shall be used by right for only
one or more of the following uses:
