The Township of Rostraver shall participate
in the Municipal Drug Task Force Program established by the Office
of the Attorney General of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and the
Chairman and Secretary/Manager are hereby authorized to enter into
a Municipal Drug Task Force Agreement with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
Office of Attorney General, the Bureau of Narcotics Investigation
and Drug Control and any other municipalities on behalf of the Township
of Rostraver and are hereby authorized to execute and deliver said
agreement.[1]
