[Former Ch. 50, Planning Commission, adopted
9-5-1989 as Part 2, Ch. 2, Art. C, of the 1989 Code, was repealed 8-7-2002 by Ord. No. 464. This ordinance also provided that the abolition
of the Planning Commission is in conformity with 53 P.S. §§ 10201
through 10212 and that certain duties heretofore discharged by the
Planning Commission shall be conferred on the Planning Agency. For
