Parks and recreation areas — See Ch. 137.
The Rostraver Township Recreation Board is hereby
created.
The Recreation Board shall have the authority
to supervise, maintain and regulate recreation areas and facilities
and to conduct recreation programs and to advise the Board of Commissioners
on all Township matters pertaining to recreation.

The Recreation Board shall be composed of seven
members. Upon the expiration of the initial term of appointment, members
shall be appointed to serve for a term of five years. Appointments
to serve an unexpired term shall be for the duration of that term.
The Recreation Board is empowered to formulate
and adopt bylaws for its operation.
